Sheena Barron has been recognized as the 2021-2022 “Teacher of the Year” for Oriole Beach Elementary School in Gulf Breeze. Barron is in her first year of being a Reading Intervention Specialist at the school, but the new role has not stopped her from being a high achiever.

When Andy Lee moved to Santa Rosa County in 2017, he was working as an insurance adjuster and commuting to Mobile, Alabama from his Chumuckla home. He had never noticed anything unusual about the old railroad bridge over Blackwater River that is parallel to U.S. Highway 90.

Ingram, who is currently going to college to obtain a degree in business, also runs a small organization that supports local animal shelters as well as rescued and fostered pets.
