10/11 – Local Tooth Fairy Book Reading
The local author who wrote, The Bristle Whistle, is coming to Go Play & Party for a Tooth Fairy Experience. She’ll come in character as a tooth fairy and read the beautifully crafted interactive story about how children who lose their teeth let their fairies know.
10/11 – Navarre Beach Cruise In
Cruise into Andy D’s on Navarre Beach every month this summer on the 3rd Friday, 5–7 pm. Bring your classic car, bike, or jeep, or just come out and enjoy the rides; we have live music on Andy D’s Deck Stage and extended Happy Hour drink specials from 4–7 pm.

In conjunction with EZPets Clinic, several people from the church will provide the annual Blessing of the Animals in memory of St Francis of Assisi.

Celebrate Halloween with the animals! Put on your costumes and bring the family to the Gulf Breeze Zoo. Along with trick-or-treating, the kids will enjoy a bounce house, face painting and, of course, our resident animals!

Shell-e-brate all things sea turtle through games, crafts, photo booth, costume characters, music and more! Free admission all day to the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center.

10/14 – Nature-Based Solutions for your Yard
Nature Based Solutions at the Neighborhood or site-scale practices manage rainwater where it falls to reduce stormwater runoff. They can often be built into a site or neighborhood without much extra space. Examples include permeable pavement, swales, rain gardens and more. Chris has worked as an environmental professional for 29 years. Duties have included research and education responsibilities. Currently, Chris works as the Santa Rosa County Environmental Resources Coordinator. Chris works with SRC county staff on various projects and grant development, including SRC Stormwater Solutions, coastal resiliency, SRC artificial reef projects, stormwater education, oyster shell recycling, living shorelines, land management and natural resource conservation. In addition, she has worked with wild oyster harvesters, commercial fishers to address local challenges in oyster habitat restoration.

Enjoy a festive atmosphere for adults to sample craft beers and food from the Sailor’s Grill, along with activities for children! A wide selection of craft beers will be featured from national and local breweries along with souvenir glasses.

Stop whishing… Take a kid fishing! Head to the Navarre Beach Pier for a seaside delight — a kid’s fishing clinic. Don’t miss out on this family fun event!
10/5 – 2024 Navarre Fishing Rodeo
Be part of the coolest fishing event around! Fish from the shore, a boat or kayak, or from the pier – you just can’t “fish” from the seafood market! First, Second and Third place prizes will be awarded in open, kayak and junior divisions. You can only win one prize in each division for your best fish.

Join the American Legion post 382 for a meaningful day of camaraderie and commitment with a 5K race and a 22-mile motorcycle ride for the 4th Annual Be The One event formerly known as the Challenge 22 event. This event raises awareness about veteran suicide, supporting homeless veterans and suicide prevention efforts.
10/5 – 4th Annual Be the One Event
Join the American Legion post 382 for a meaningful day of camaraderie and commitment with a 5K race and a 22-mile motorcycle ride for the 4th Annual Be The One event formerly known as the Challenge 22 event. This event raises awareness about veteran suicide, supporting homeless veterans and suicide prevention efforts.
The day kicks off with 5K registration at 7am, followed by the race at 9am. Enjoy vendors, live music, and kids’ activities starting at 10am, with closing remarks at 5pm.
Tickets are $22 for military units, $22 for the walk or ride, and $35 for the walk or ride with an event shirt. Kids under 10 are free. Purchase tickets via the QR code or link on the flyer.
10/6 – Blessing of the Animals
Join St. Paul’s for the Blessing of the Animals! Bring your pets to the church parking lot anytime between 3:00 and 4:30 PM, and Pastor Teresa will bless your beloved animals. Come at your convenience, and we look forward to celebrating our furry, feathered, and scaly friends together!
10/8 – Blessing of the Labyrinth
Diocean Bishop, the Rt Rev Kendrick will officiate and Bless the new Labyrinth. This project was planned, funded, and executed by an Eagle Scout Candidate as his project for Eagle Scout. His name is Gavin Brown, and he and other Scouts will be in attendance.
10/9 – Birdies and Beer
Birdies and Beers is a mid-week event where golfers of all skill levels can come out and enjoy nine holes. Golf with your friends and meet some new ones. The format will change weekly.
