Milton bridge moves in style

| Wendy Victora Rudman
When Andy Lee moved to Santa Rosa County in 2017, he was working as an insurance adjuster and commuting to Mobile, Alabama from his Chumuckla home. He had never noticed anything unusual about the old railroad bridge over Blackwater River that is parallel to U.S. Highway 90.
Even kayakers can’t pass the bridge when it is closed, due to how close it sits to the river. Open, motorists on the U.S. Highway 90 bridge view it as perpendicular. Submitted photo
