State Attorney Ginger Bowden Madden announced Monday that on Oct. 20, Dean Bruno Lainhart was convicted by a jury in Santa Rosa County of two counts of capital sexual battery upon a person less than 12 by a person over the age of 18, sexual battery while in a position of familial or custodial authority and lewd and lascivious molestation on a person older than 12 but younger than 16.
