With a developing tropical system stirring things up in the Gulf of Mexico, Navarre Beach Safety officials are expecting dangerous conditions to impact the area.

Navarre Beach Fire Rescue Chief Danny Fureigh said double red flags will be flying and his staff “will not be lenient.” Conditions will be “extremely dangerous,” he said with major rip currents.
