Voters will decide the fate of three proposed amendments to the Florida Constitution during this year’s general election. The proposals need to be approved by at least 60 percent of the ballots cast to become law.

A HOPE, an animal welfare nonprofit organization in Santa Rosa County, is holding a“Spay it, don’t spray it” campaign over the next year. The campaign, which is funded through a $20,000 grant from Florida Animal Friend, provides spay and neuter services for both owned and unowned cats within Santa Rosa County.
