Free shuttle service expanded for air show

It’s that time of year on Pensacola Beach, the much-anticipated Blue Angels weekend. The Santa Rosa Island Authority (SRIA) is expecting record crowds again, and as always parking will be in high demand. In anticipation, the SRIA is stepping up its free shuttle system on Friday and Saturday.

$5K slated for new administrator search

Santa Rosa County Commissioners today are expected to approve a $5,000 proposal from the Florida Association of County Managers (FACM) to help recruit a replacement for long-time County Administrator Hunter Walker.
