An open letter to the community

Through life, sometimes we experience struggles, it’s my hope and prayer you entered the New Year leaving troubles behind and you have a bright outlook on 2015. Caring and Sharing of South Santa Rosa County this past year supported more than 800 individuals, which included some 280 children, 120 teens and 45 infants. The nonprofit’s Thanksgiving and Christmas food and toy distribution 2014 came and went with great joy and giving to more than 200 families.

To the Editor:

At first, I thought it is too much money for landscaping the median but I strongly think it should be done all down Highway 98 as it takes away the feeling that you are on an interstate with a lot of interruptions.  I think it will reduce the number of accidents.

To the Editor:

I am writing concerning the election in our area for School Board member in District 3 of SRC. I have known one of the candidates for close to 15 years and am writing because I’ve often wished for a bit of personal insight when an important election was upcoming – and in this case, I very much wish that others could know this candidate as I do.
