Happy Joe’s Pizza & Ice Cream opened its doors in April 2025 and the team has been blown away with the support of the Navarre community the past month.

Come enjoy a juicy freshly-ground steak burger or snack on some Boom-Boom Gulf Shrimp while you watch the sun melt into the horizon along the Santa Rosa Sound at Emerald Waterfront. The new Navarre soundside restaurant is now open for lunch both inside and outside Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The new year is the perfect time for new beginnings. What better time to commemorate a fresh start for the beautiful waterfront restaurant directly to the west of Navarre Park. In the past, this location has had many names, but now under new ownership of Tommy Gialamas, Emerald Waterfront is here to stay.

Scooter’s Fish House is open every day of the week serving the freshest seafood on the Emerald Coast. The shrimp and the fish are always caught fresh from the Gulf of Mexico. The seafood comes from the Gulf straight to their kitchen to your plate.
