The demand for new single-family homes is being answered by Santa Rosa County builders who are off and running toward a third straight year of constructing more than 1,000 houses.
Accusations and ultimatums are flying fast and furious among the partners who manage the Navarre Beach Pier, and Santa Rosa County Attorney Roy Andrews has stepped in with a deadline ordering them to straighten out at least some of it by April 30.
