Navarre’s girls lacrosse team is in position to make the regional tournament for the first time as its in the top eight of the Region 1-2A rankings.


The Raiders are fourth in the region and 18th in the state.

Yalal Mustafa says a quick prayer before stepping onto the platform at the Navarre Invitational  earlier this month for his latest lift. He then proceeds to crush the attempt.


It’s another highlight in what has been a good second year of weightlifting for the Navarre Raider standout, who has had to get used to quite a bit inside and outside the athletic world.

There were no runs on the scoreboard for Navarre when Natalia Taylor crushed a home run off it in the first inning of a home game against Fort Walton Beach Tuesday night.

Keyon Stoutemire’s success didn’t happen overnight.


A year after not seeing the field, Stoutemire burst onto the scene at LaGrange in 2024 as one of the top defensive players in the USA South Athletic Conference.

Natalie Busch and Avery Didion have plenty of experience on the flag football field and are looking to grow their games even more.


Their experience last season with the Navarre Raiders, coupled with their time on the New Breed travel team, has proven beneficial.

Navarre’s boys and girls track teams finished as the runner-up at the Frank Lay Patriot Invitational in Pace last Friday as the Raiders remain one of the top teams in the area.
