East Bay K8’s Megan Christian is all about the students

East Bay K-8’s Megan Christian always wanted to be a teacher.

The school’s choice for teacher of the year is now in her 11th year in a classroom. She has been at East Bay K-8 for three of those years. Christian, who grew up in Mobile, Alabama, said she first knew she wanted to be a teacher in elementary school.

Brody Bruce headlines day at Aggie Invitational

Brody Bruce looked behind him a couple of times while running at the Aggie Invitational Tuesday morning at Ashton Brosnaham Park in Pensacola.


He felt good about his position for the most part, and seemed to have a nice lead on the rest of the field, but in a sport like cross-country, you never know when someone may make a push to catch up.
