Santa Rosa County Commissioners moved forward with turning a piece of county owned land into new athletic fields in Navarre off East Bay Boulevard Thursday, Jan. 26.
The election of two members to the Holley-Navarre Water System (HNWS) board of directors will be held Jan. 17, and the rules regarding how to vote have changed.
