Caitlin Tilton drew a walk to lead off last Thursday’s Pensacola Sports Association All-Star Game. And then the Navarre softball standout did something she’s had a knack for her entire career with the Raiders.

Tilton stole a base, sprinting to second and sliding into the base while avoiding the tag.

Kelly Hayes has poured everything she has into coaching softball the last seven seasons, building the Navarre Raider program into one of the best in the area.

But her time in the dugout is done for now after announcing she has stepped down as the head coach. Hayes is due with her first child later this summer and is stepping away for that reason.

Trent Hall always believed he’d earn an opportunity to play football at the college level. Even as he sat out his senior season because of an injury, he kept the faith.

In April, Hall signed a national letter of intent with Webber International where the standout wide receiver will continue his collegiate career.

Less than 24 hours had passed since Navarre’s spring game when Ethan Newman unveiled a list of football camps he plans to attend this summer.

Between that and summer workouts with the team, a busy couple of months are ahead leading up to the 2022 season for the rising senior offensive lineman.
