Holley Navarre Water System considering 12% rate increase as part of five-year plan

The Holley Navarre Water System Board of Directors, as well as the System’s CEO and staff, met Friday afternoon, Dec. 6, to discuss the 2025 budget and potential rate increases the System’s membership could see. At the board’s next meeting, they will vote on whether to raise residential and commercial water system rates by 12%. The increase would apply to both water and wastewater services.

Holley Navarre RV Park looking to expand

Plans are in the works to expand Holley Navarre RV Park.

According to an expansion proposal submitted to Santa Rosa County Development Services, 50 additional RV spaces will be built north of the existing Holley Navarre RV Park. The proposed RV park expansion will be built on 8.2 acres of land owned by Brian McLeod, the owner of Highlander Homes LLC and the existing RV park.
