The lords and ladies of the Gulf Breeze Elementary third grade class recently transformed their school into a 15th-century castle in honor of this year’s Medieval Festival.
Sandollar Owners’ Association Inc. has gained authority to demolish a portion of Navarre Beach Residential Section known as Sandollar Condominium.
Located at 7885 Gulf Blvd., the building is on lot 11 of block 3 in the Navarre Beach Residential Section. The authority was granted by the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners during the April 24 regular board meeting.

Over the past few weeks Lilliana’s church, Ignite – A free Methodist Community, organized a shoe and donation drive to get Lilliana a new bed. At a cost of roughly $16,000, the Cubby Bed is designed for people with special needs and includes a protective mesh and a seizure monitoring system. Mari, Lilliana’s mom, said the bed will ensure that Lilliana is safe and secure throughout the night.
