What would our ancestors do?

Hello and thank you for reading this new column. My name is Shana Roberson. I’m a wife and mother of three, a veteran and a fitness professional. My job is to empower and encourage folks to live a healthier and happier life. Out and About

Come out and enjoy a concert in Navarre Park tonight.   There are only two concerts left for this year’s free summer concert series.  Highway 95A will play Country and Southern Rock and concessions will be provided by Pizza Hut and Kona Ice.

Greater, greatest, grow up

Where are the adults in Navarre?  Just in the past few weeks we have seen childish, immature and bad behavior from many different areas.  One of the most senseless acts is Tony Alexander, a disgruntled ex-employee of the Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce seeking to open a new “greater” chamber of commerce.  It can only be concluded that he seeks to harm the chamber that has been established for 41 years. 

Gigi says hello to visitors

After more than 100 people turned out for the ribbon cutting ceremony, Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center (NBSTCC) Director Cathy Holmes said the visitors just keep on coming averaging about 70 to 80 people a day.

Broxson wins mud fight for state Senate
