Defenders are sharp as a DAGRE

Hurlburt Field – The clouds cover the moon on a pitch black drizzling night. The quiet footsteps of Air Commandos approach a compound. Their mission: find and capture a high value target.

Creating lean muscle mass

Last week we discussed how losing body fat and gaining lean muscle mass is the best way to transform your body into one that looks fit, strong and naturally enhanced. Lean body mass is probably a weird term to some. Essentially what it refers to is your body weight minus the pounds made up of fat.  No big deal, right? Good.

Modern-day Good Samaritans

Out and About

To Holley Navarre Water System: First Amendment (America) wins every time

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” – First Amendment, Constitution of the United States of America 1789 (rev. 1992)

Preserve history to preserve the Republic

By ignoring history, one can make the same historical mistakes. By studying history, one can test theories without exercising the theory. The elimination of free speech leads to tyranny of thought and promotes extremism. One of the first steps toward totalitarian is the elimination of free speech. This has happened in Germany, Russia, China and many other countries. The radical left is imposing limits on free speech at our colleges and through the press. This will lead to a destructive future and must be countered.

Making their mark
