Santa Rosa County won Tuesday night along with Dave Piech. However, I’m certain that Santa Rosa County will benefit much more from Dave Piech than Dave Piech will ever benefit from Santa Rosa County. The same could not be said about the incumbent who just lost the election that was his to lose. Williamson out spent Piech two to one and Williamson had his war chest early. Piech’s contributions trickled and more was given at the end. We will have an analysis of the contributions next week when all the accounting has been done.
