Navarre’s golf team wrapped up its regular season Tuesday with a match against Gulf Breeze and Pace at Hidden Creek. Milton also competed, bringing two golfers to the match.
The number of people who successfully quit smoking each year tops the million mark. According to the national Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, at least 70 percent of those who do smoke want to quit completely. With those numbers, it’s no surprise there’s an app for that. In fact, there are several apps for that.

Do we aspire to be slaves or to be free? The slave does not necessarily want freedom and is willing to trade freedom for being comfortable. Being warm, dry and fed has certain appeal. Being free, one is responsible for oneself and willing to take risk for the improvement of one’s condition. The benefits of being free allow people to advance and accomplish many things the slave will not accomplish nor experience.
