Eddie Gill IV had a lot of time to think during the shutdown last year that stemmed from the COVID-19 pandemic. What came to mind was an idea to take a boating trip to help promote outdoor opportunities for everyone regardless of race or color of skin.

Nearly a year later, the son of former NBA player Eddie Gill III, has seen his idea become a plan that is about to be put into motion.

Keller Williams spent its Red Day building bunk beds for nonprofit Sleep in Heavenly Peace.

The City’s Splash Pad is located in Carpenter’s Park, at the intersection of Broad Street and Munson Highway.

Al Gliniecki and his wife, Jeannette Cooper Gliniecki, are celebrating the one-year anniversary of adopting their pup by hosting a championship for folks who can tie cherry stems into knots. The event will raise money for the Panhandle Animal Welfare Society, which is where they got Bambi.
