With Town Center property for sale, what does it mean for the future development?

Withdrawal of a zoning application for Navarre Town Center’s planned business district proposal in January has led to speculation on the future of the project. In April, that speculation became more acute when property within the proposed development went up for sale.

8510 Navarre Parkway is up for sale. The property is slated to be part of the Town Center development.
