Waste Pro started its new pickup schedule and rates in South Santa Rosa County April 5 and Waste Pro Division Manager Rick Chancey said he was very pleased with the smooth transition.
According to a 53-page report summarizing an investigation, there were no improper dealings between Santa Rosa County and Waste Pro.
