Two big throws from Hunter Pfiester to Jadon Reese helped move the Navarre Raiders deep into Mosley territory, and now, with clock winding down, it was time for Taylor Gardner to take a shot at sealing the deal.

Until last Thursday night here in Panama City, Gardner had never been in a position to make a game-winning field goal. He’ll admit he was a little nervous, but that’s natural in a pressure-packed moment. Then again, he was also confident.

Decision could end lawsuit over Navarre Beach RV park

The Santa Rosa County Commission is scheduled to hear a request this morning that, if approved, would allow an RV park on Navarre Beach and, possibly, end a lawsuit against the county.

“I’m going to recommend, if the commission is inclined to grant the lease amendment, that it be conditioned on the plaintiff ending litigation,” County Attorney Tom Dannheisser told Navarre Press on Thursday, Sept. 15. “It all depends on how it plays out at the meeting.”

Long-awaited win over rival on hold for Navarre Raider volleyball team
