Donna Miller will be lifting weights on November 16 at the NPC Flex Fest at the Pensacola Bay Center. But the heaviest weight will be lifted from Miller’s heart and mind.

The fourth annual Boo at the Zoo closed out its second weekend of Halloween fun, and Saturday the Gulf Breeze Zoo was packed with kids enjoying face painting, bounce houses and a trick-or-treat trail near the animals.

The Navarre Beach Marine Science Station will be serving deep-sea tricks and treats next weekend at its 3rd annual Spooktacular Science by the Sea from 6 – 9 p.m. on October 25 and 26 at its location in Navarre Beach Park.
