Navarre Raider cross-country teams shine at Argo Invitational

Navarre’s girls cross-country team has been running well this season, and the Raiders reached a high point with a team victory at the Argo Invitational Saturday on the campus of the University of West Florida.

The Raiders edged county rival Gulf Breeze by nine points (81-90), with two runners placing in the top 10.

Navarre High School, in conjunction with Locklin Technical College, is bringing a welding course to campus. The full course, which will be roughly two semesters in length, will start next school year (SY 2025-26) and serve as another addition to the high school’s already stacked line-up of career and technical education (CTE) courses and opportunities.
