A Midway firefighter was sent to the hospital while responding to a house fire on the 7600 block of North Shores Drive Tuesday, Feb. 24.
The fire was first reported to Midway Fire District and Holley-Navarre Fire District at 9:52 a.m. The 911 caller observed heavy black smoke coming from the rear attic area of the house.
