Santa Rosa County District Schools is in the process of zoning which students in Navarre and Midway area will attend Soundside High School, which is set to open in the fall of 2026.

In her 20th year of educating students, Sandra Kale is East Bay K-8 School’s teacher of the year.

Brynlee Kurtz returned to the high school swim team at Navarre for the first time since freshman year and made the most of it, making her first ever appearance at state.
Kurtz made it in the 100 breaststroke at the FHSAA 3A meet and placed 14th overall in a time of 1:11.05.
