Lady Raider lifters win third state title in 4 years

The defending champion Raiders wanted nothing less than another team victory as they traveled to Kissimmee on Feb. 6 to compete in the state Girls’ Weightlifting tournament. If they could pull off a win, it would be their third state championship in the last four years. During the years they did not win the team trophy, they placed second.

School literacy event brings record-breaking crowd

Holley-Navarre Primary set out to promote literacy throughout the community by taking visitors around the world.  Literacy night brought students and parents to ‘Candy Land around the World,’ complete with gingerbread men, frosted gum drops, lollipops and cupcake decorations.
