With a budget stalemate still possible, the Republican-controlled Florida House on Tuesday rolled out a hefty package of tax cuts and tax breaks that it wants to push through during this year’s session.

It’s been nearly 11 years since Hurricane Ivan destroyed the restrooms at Navarre Park, and on Friday, March 20, the new facility finally opened its doors.

Coastal Concessions, operators of the county-owned Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, will host family friendly movies at the facility on Friday nights.

Cherylynn Monno, the 16-year-old Navarre girl who was killed in a car accident Sunday night, was a “beautiful, intelligent and outgoing young lady who made a positive impact on this campus,” Navarre High School principal Brian Noack said.
