Chasing Cooper, a dog on the run

New Navarre residents Beth McCoy and her husband David adopted a rescue dog in April, they called “Cooper” from the Panhandle Animal Welfare Society (PAWS.) Little did they know at the time – they would be looking for him longer than the dog was a resident in the family’s home.

Rob Williamson named to state board

District 4 Commissioner Rob Williamson was appointed to the Florida Association of Counties Board of Directors by its president, Broward County Commissioner Barbara Sharief. Williamson will fill one of six at large seats.
