Video camera monitoring traffic light

The Florida House recently passed a bill that would ban the use of cameras at traffic lights in the state beginning in July 2021. The legislation now heads to the Florida Senate. Spray-paint vandals identified, sought by police

Santa Rosa deputies are looking for two individuals suspected of vandalizing private property in the Navarre area. Tyree Travon Hawkins, 21 and Kaitlin Elizabeth Skrivanie, 19, are facing six counts of criminal mischief and one felony charge, according to a sheriff’s office press release.

If all of Navarre’s registered voters living in Holley by the Sea had shown up at the polls during last year’s special election, that single voting district, known as precinct 34, could have decided the entire election by nearly 100 votes, based on Supervisor of Elections data.
