Tracey Strength, a first-grade teacher at West Navarre Primary School, was recently given the title “Teacher of the Year” by her colleagues.
Now in her 20th year teaching at West Navarre Primary, Strength said she feels honored to represent the school in the district Teacher of the Year competition.
