Lynchard filed against the directors who ‘voted for violating the bylaws and Florida law.” Crumbley filed against Lynchard for the same reason.

Publix, a 95-year-old grocery chain based in Lakeland, Florida, has tied Trader Joe’s for the top spot in customer satisfaction within the grocery sector. According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), Publix and Trader Joe’s share a score of 84 out of 100, which is five spots above the national average (79) for the overall grocery sector.
