Ellery Markie of Navarre admitted to University Honors Program at Nebraska

Ellery Markie of Navarre, a secondary education major in the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s College of Education and Human Sciences, is among a record 739 students selected to join the college’s University Honors Program this fall. The cohort is 15% larger than the previous record class in 2019.

Raider swim team competes in final home meet of season

Senior Christian Mac enjoyed the moment of swimming in his final home meet at the Pullum YMCA Thursday.

The Raiders would normally have more time in the pool here, but due to it being closed for maintenance until May of 2026, their meet against Gulf Breeze was a farewell moment.

The Raiders battle the Gators at 7:30 p.m. at Bennett C. Russell Stadium.

Milton football coaching legend Hurley Manning passed away on Tuesday.

Manning, 87, led the Panthers to a state runner-up finish in 1972 and to back-to-back state championships in 1978 and 1979.
