The Holley-Navarre Water Board election is from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m., this Tuesday, Jan. 20. If you are going to turn in your proxy, you need to do so by 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 16. The water board proxies are very frustrating – and we write about them every year. The proxies list the current board members and then have a nebulous space that says “other member.” That is the space where you write down a name of someone other than a board member to vote on your behalf.
