Navarre High NJROTC remembers Sept. 11 with ceremony
With a blue sky above on a sun-splashed day, much like that tragic September morning nearly a quarter of a century ago, Navarre High NJROTC held its annual remembrance ceremony to remember those who lost their lives in the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
