Navarre couple found unresponsive in car with unrestrained infant in back seat

A Navarre couple faces multiple felony charges after they were discovered passed out in a car with a 6-month-old baby unrestrained in the back seat.

Alexis Freeman, who is 22, and Randy Michael Smith, who is 23, were found in a parking lot on Page Bacon Road in Mary Esther about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday.
