When Andy Lee moved to Santa Rosa County in 2017, he was working as an insurance adjuster and commuting to Mobile, Alabama from his Chumuckla home. He had never noticed anything unusual about the old railroad bridge over Blackwater River that is parallel to U.S. Highway 90.
