NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The School Board of Santa Rosa County, Florida, will conduct a public Board meeting on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at Woodlawn Beach Middle School at 1500 Woodlawn Way, Gulf Breeze FL 32561 at 6:30 p.m.

The public can participate by attending the meetings in-person or by watching the meetings via-live stream at http://santarosacountysdfl.swagit.com/live. Those desiring to provide public comment may do so in-person or by submitting comments, physical evidence, or other evidence to the following email address DOC@santarosa.k12.fl.us, and placing “Public Comment” in the subject line of the email message, or by mailing comments or evidence to Superintendent Dr. Karen Barber at 6032 Hwy. 90, Milton Fl 32570. Bids for the Easement Clearing – HBTS Gravity Sewer project for Holley-Navarre Water System, Inc., HNWS Project No. 9-0047-03-006-22, will be received via e-mail at csnyder@hnws-fl.com until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Thursday, March 24, 2022. The project consists of the clearing of several easements along the back side of properties. Additional work will include the removal of fences, vegetation, large trees, sheds, etc. Questions should be directed to Cory M. Snyder, P.E., MEng., at Holley-Navarre Water System, Inc., csnyder@hnws-fl.com. Paper Copies of the BID DOCUMENTS may be obtained from the office of the Engineer upon payment of $100.00 for each set. Electronic Documents (pdfs) are available upon request from the office of the engineer upon payment of $10.00 for a CD or free via e-mail. BID DOCUMENTS are non-refundable. The bid submittal must be a complete package as outlined in the Contract Documents for the bid to be considered. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the HNWS main office at 9:00 a.m. (local time), March 17, 2022. Bids received after 2:00 p.m. (local time), March 24, 2022, will be returned unopened.
