Josh Carter recognized as all-conference player

Navarre alum Josh Carter has been named second-team All-United Athletic Football Conference by Real Football Central.

Carter had a solid second season with Eastern Kentucky, more than doubling his rushing total as he racked up 714 yards to go along with four touchdowns.
