Harmony in Navarre

High bell tones rang throughout Navarre Park Dec. 8. The joy on faces of children and adults alike was evident Friday morning as the Navarre Rotary Harmony Park project wrapped up and the eight Freenotes outdoor instruments were revealed and played for the first time. Harmony Park also consists of big blue sunshades help up by yellow pillars (Rotary International colors), benches for seating all atop a rubbery blue and yellow mat with a music note design.
