Former Navarre star Josh Carter headed to Buffalo Bills
Navarre’s own Josh Carter will get an opportunity to play in the NFL after receiving a rookie minicamp invite from the Buffalo Bills on Tuesday.
Carter played the final three years of his college football career at Eastern Kentucky and emerged as a standout running back.
