UPDATED: Father of drowned toddler charged with manslaughter

The father of a 1-year-old found dead in a canal on Navarre Beach Sunday night has been charged with homicide negligent manslaughter.

Tracy Colton Potter was booked early this morning. His daughter was found drowned in a canal about 8:30 p.m. by a concerned neighbor.
