Elevate Navarre, formerly named The Boulevard, makes progress, along with three other developments

Long-awaited developments – including three grocery stores and a new residential community – are taking big steps forward in Santa Rosa County.

These include what was formally known as The Boulevard at the intersection of U.S. Highway 98 and State Road 87, a new two-story Publix, surrounded by still unnamed retail stores, an Aldi in the heart of Navarre and the first Publix in Milton.

Here’s a peek at what the new luxury apartments will look like near the corner of State Road 87 and U.S. Highway 98 in what was formerly known as The Boulevard. Now named Elevate Navarre, the complex will also include restaurants or retailers. Submitted rendering
