A high energy practice runs over a little bit as the Navarre Raider boys basketball team gets some free-throw shooting in before calling it a day.
The Raiders have gotten off to a rough start this season, dropping five of their first six, but head coach Terry Posey is encouraged by the effort and energy his team continues to display.
