Several members of Navarre High School’s boys soccer team were honored for their accomplishments during the season at a Feb. 10. banquet. The Raiders finished 17-3-4, winning a district tourney championship for the first time since the 2003-04 season. Navarre’s stellar season ended in a regional semifinal loss to Lincoln.
Malcom Valdes came off the field Thursday night wearing a smile and savoring the thrill of his experience in the Subway High School All-Star Game at Ashton Brosnaham Park in Pensacola.
When asked to give his thoughts after Navarre High School’s 3-0 season-opening victory over Gulf Breeze, first year head coach Scott Murphy responded, “It all starts on the mound.”
Soccer has always been a big part of Kameron Bethell’s life. He grew up playing the game in England and continued to thrive in the United States when he moved here nearly six years ago.
