This Sunday, the Navarre Sea Turtle Conservation Center will hold a Trash Bash in order to keep our seas debris free. The event is from 8 to 10 a.m. and collection bags will be provided to volunteers.
HNWS to look at working with Navarre Beach Water
Holley-Navarre Water System officials are looking at working with or possibly acquiring, the county’s Navarre Beach Water and Sewer, and for the life of us we can’t figure out why.

An open letter to county commissioners
The proposal to utilize the Navarre Marine Park as a concert venue is fantastic provided the county is the recipient of a fair and equitable return. All other commercial ventures on the beach return 5 percent of gross proceeds to the county.
Florida elections imperiled by human error

We were very saddened to learn of the two airmen who died in a training accident and we hope to have more about their lives in the next issue of Navarre Press. We found out that Tech Sgt. Marty B. Bettelyoun lived in Holley By The Sea with his wife and five children.
