Six sites submitted for courthouse
Santa Rosa County has received six proposals from land owners offering their property for sale as the site of the new courthouse. Commissioners are expected to review those bids at a special meeting Dec. 3. However, voters will likely decide whether or not to fund a proposed judicial facility next year when a local option sales tax referendum is expected to be placed on the ballot.

Health website to remain a work in progress
MIAMI — The HealthCare.gov website will still be a work in progress beyond the end of the month, Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said Tuesday, appearing to soften a promise that the site will be working by then for the vast majority of users.
