Man arrested on sexual assault of a child

Former Navarre resident Joseph Michael Mullikin, 30, is accused of sexually assaulting a child under the age of 12 nearly 16 months ago, according to Sheriff’s reports.  Officials say he was arrested Tuesday, Nov. 22, held on $1 million bond in the Santa Rosa County Jail.
