Jury convicts Milton man of sexual battery on child
State Attorney Ginger Bowden Madden announced that on July 9 a Santa Rosa County jury found, James Johnston Stevens, a 36-year-old Milton man, guilty of three counts of sexual battery on a victim less than 12. Stevens committed the offenses against the 3-year-old child in Milton between March 1, 2019 and July 6, 2019.
